In this role, you will be responsible for thorough, expert painting techniques. You'll work closely with our auto body repair specialists to ensure each vehicle meets the highest standards of quality and finish. This position is full time in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service and restore vehicles to their original glory. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Computerized mixing knowledge a must. Apply custom mixed auto paint using your supplied professional paint spraying equipment with precision and consistency Perform buffing, polishing, and detailing to achieve a flawless surface appearance Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all painting processes Experience Previous experience in auto body repair and painting is required Hands-on experience with auto painting techniques including airless spray systems and buffing methods Knowledge of auto body repair procedures such as welding, dent removal, and panel replacement Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in auto painting and detailing Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence in automotive craftsmanship!
