Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, grinding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply primer, paint, and clear coats using airless paint spraying equipment and hand tools with meticulous attention to detail Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, welding, and straightening to restore vehicle integrity Buff and polish painted surfaces to achieve a smooth, high-gloss finish that meets quality standards Applying Sherwin Williams Auto Finishes Qualifications Proven collision center experience in auto body repair and painting preferred Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques including welding, dent removal, and panel alignment Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, buffing machines, and other relevant equipment Excellent attention to detail combined with a passion for delivering top-quality results Knowledge in Sherwin William Automotive Finishes Join us if you're ready to bring your auto body expertise into a lively environment where your skills make a real difference!
