• Perform auto body repairs and restoration on vehicles
• Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damages and determine repair needs
• Repair and replace damaged body parts, including panels, fenders, doors, and bumpers
• Perform auto painting and refinishing to match original vehicle color
• Use various tools and equipment to complete repairs, such as welders, grinders, and sanders
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area ```Requirements``
• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
• Proficient in auto painting techniques and color matching
• Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination for precise repairs
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to the job
• Familiarity with dealership standards and procedures is a plus
• Knowledge of auto estimating software is preferred but not required
