Auto Body Shop Assistant/Detailer Lane & Kenny Body Shop Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time $15 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Auto detailing facility experience Driver's License Adaptability Clean workspace maintenance Vehicle exterior washing Full Job Description Auto Body Shop Assistant/Detailer We are searching for an auto body shop assistant with at least one year of experience in an auto body shop environment (not necessary but preferred) You should be able to perform general shop duties, cleaning, taking out garbage, etc. You need to be able to clean repaired vehicles thoroughly from the inside and out 15-20 per hour based on experience Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Participate in keeping the entire shop clean and organized Sweep & mop front and back of body shop Take out the garbage daily including old parts, boxes, etc Washing and detailing repaired vehicles before delivery Ability to be flexible assisting within the shop departments when needed Communicate with body shop managers and shop foreman Parts runs if needed Qualifications Valid Driver's License Your own reliable transportation At least 1 year of (preferred) Auto body experience Ability to work independently without close supervision, and be flexible/adaptable to constant change Strong communication skills Ability to follow through on all tasks given from start to finish Prompt and courteous demeanor Positive and hardworking personality Who We Are Lane & Kenny Body Shop is a locally owned body shop, serving Central Ohio for over 50 years.
