As an Auto Body Detailer, you'll be responsible for restoring, protecting, and maintaining vehicle surfaces at a professional level, with a strong focus on paint correction, ceramic coating application, and exterior preservation techniques. Your work directly impacts how a vehicle looks, feels, and holds its value over time. Duties Perform thorough exterior and interior detailing, ensuring every vehicle meets premium presentation standards Execute paint enhancement and polishing processes to improve gloss, clarity, and depth Prepare vehicle surfaces for ceramic coating application, including decontamination (clay bar, iron removal) and surface correction Apply ceramic coatings and paint protection solutions to protect against UV damage, oxidation, water spotting, and environmental contaminants Conduct paint inspections under proper lighting to identify imperfections and ensure flawless results Maintain proper coating application techniques, ensuring durability, bonding, and long-term performance Perform maintenance washes for coated vehicles, using safe wash methods to preserve protective layers Assist with window tinting and exterior enhancements as needed Ensure all tools, pads, chemicals, and equipment are used correctly and maintained to professional standards Support final quality control inspections, ensuring each vehicle leaves with a showroom-level finish Educate customers (when needed) on ceramic coating benefits, maintenance, and long-term paint care Qualifications Experience in auto detailing, paint correction, or ceramic coating is strongly preferred Strong understanding of paint protection techniques, polishing systems, and surface preparation Ability to distinguish between basic cleaning vs. true paint refinement and protection work High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless finishes Willingness to learn and master advanced detailing techniques and premium services Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic with the ability to handle physically demanding tasks Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset Experience with ceramic coatings, sealants, or paint enhancement services is a major plus Why Join Us?
