You will be responsible for repairing fiberglass and gel coat damage and painting. We are looking for someone that is passionate and takes pride in their work and achieving or exceeding the customers' expectations through timely service. Duties & Responsibilities Recognizing and repairing defects such as: cracks, blisters, stress fractures and cosmetic flaws. Hit the estimate repair times, plan for materials Grind and smooth out defective areas, rough edges/areas by using appropriate power or hand-tools. Prep fiberglass, resins, and damaged areas for repair. Shape and smooth edges to match contour properly. Mix Gel coat catalyst and spray or brush repaired surfaces/ blending and matching paint Buff and polish repaired surfaces. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needs Demands. Qualifications & Expectations 2+ years of experience as a fiberglass specialist. Maritime experience preferred 2+ years of experience in Gel Coat repair Customer satisfaction, both internal and external Effective customer communication Technician efficiency/productivity
