R&J Truck Body Shop is seeking an experienced Semi‑Truck Paint & Collision Specialist to join our heavy‑duty repair facility in Youngstown, Ohio . This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and understands the demands of semi‑truck and fleet repairs. We offer steady, year‑round work in a professional, well‑equipped shop environment.

Paint and Collision Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Perform collision repairs on semi‑trucks and heavy‑duty vehicles Repair or replace damaged steel, aluminum, and fiberglass panels Complete paint prep including sanding, masking, and priming Spray basecoat/clearcoat and industrial coatings Match and blend paint for OEM and custom finishes Safely operate spray booths, paint systems, and shop tools Follow repair orders and quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Paint and Collision Specialist Qualifications Required:

3+ years of experience in semi‑truck or heavy‑duty paint and body repair Strong understanding of paint prep and finishing processes Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High attention to detail Valid driver's license Must have own personal hand and air tools Preferred (Not Required): Frame or structural repair experience Fleet repair background Technical or vocational training
