What We Offer Competitive pay:
Hourly or flat-rate, whichever is greater Pay range: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience Opportunity for top performers to earn $65,000-$85,000+ annually Ongoing training and development in collision repair estimating Supportive, team-focused atmosphere What You'll Do Inspect damaged vehicles to assess structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage Prepare accurate estimates using CCC or similar software according to insurance, fleet, and company guidelines Open and manage repair files from start to finish, ensuring all payments are received before closure Assign repair plans and coordinate with the Repair Planner and production team Maintain thorough documentation, including photos, OEM statements, and customer/insurance forms Monitor repair progress, perform quality inspections, and communicate updates to customers and the team Assist with estimating needs during staff transitions or high-volume periods Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory guidelines What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years of experience in collision estimating, service writing, or related advisory role Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures Proficiency in automotive estimating software and standard office technology Excellent communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
