is seeking an experienced and dependable Autobody Technician to join our growing team in Sand Springs. We are looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and can complete repairs according to industry standards and shop expectations. This position is ideal for someone experienced in collision repair who can work independently while maintaining production timelines and quality control. Responsibilities Perform complete collision and autobody repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels Disassemble and reassemble vehicles properly Conduct frame and structural repairs when needed Sand, prep, straighten, and align panels Ensure vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition Work closely with painters and estimators throughout repair process Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements Minimum 2+ years of autobody repair experience preferred Experience using frame machines and repair tools Ability to identify repair procedures and damage accurately Must have own tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to meet production deadlines Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment Expectations Produce quality repairs with minimal rework Maintain consistent productivity Communicate effectively with management and team members Treat customer vehicles with professionalism and care Show initiative and accountability daily Why Work With
