Responsibilities Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using advanced tools and techniques. Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication skills to restore vehicle frames and panels with precision. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively for various repair tasks. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, including auto estimating and documentation for customer service purposes. Collaborate with team members on vehicle assembly, mechanical troubleshooting, and overall vehicle maintenance to ensure quality standards are met. Skills Proven dealership or auto body shop experience demonstrating proficiency in auto body repair techniques. Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, sheet metal work, and fabrication processes. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive repairs and vehicle maintenance. Expertise in auto painting techniques such as airless paint spraying and finishing details. Familiarity with auto glass replacement, auto estimating software, and customer service best practices. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting gear safely.
