  • Full-time The Franklin County Career & Technology Center (FCCTC) is seeking a full-time Autocollision and Repair Instructor for secondary education.
FCCTC has students from 10th-12th grade. The Franklin County Career & Technology Center (FCCTC) is seeking a full-time Auto Collision Repair Instructor for secondary education. FCCTC has students from 10th-12th grade. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in automotive collision repair, helping students develop the technical skills and safety practices required for success in the industry. The Auto Collision and Repair program teaches students how to use technical skills to repair damaged vehicles. Students learn to replace interior panels, repair dents and fenders, prepare surfaces for paint, and refinish vehicles through a variety of projects. They also build industry knowledge through hands-on experience working on school and customer vehicles.
Qualifications:
Minimum four years of full-time, wage-earning work experience is required. Preferred qualifications include teaching or training experience in a vocational or technical setting, Industry certifications (i.e, I-CAR, ASE), and experience working with students of diverse skill levels. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a teaching certification or who have passed the Occupational Competency Exam. Selected candidate must be able to take classes toward their Vocational Instructor certification and pass the Occupational Competency Exam.
Starting pay:
$55,000.00
