In this role, you will perform high-quality auto body repairs, including collision damage restoration, sheet metal work, auto painting, and glass replacement. Your skills will help ensure our customers drive away satisfied and confident in their vehicle's safety and appearance. We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about automotive repair. Duties Assess vehicle damage thoroughly to determine the scope of repairs needed, including auto body, frame, and structural components Repair or replace damaged sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication techniques Perform auto painting using airless paint spraying equipment to achieve a smooth, professional finish Replace or repair auto glass and windshields with precision and care Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignment checks, minor mechanical repairs, and assembly of repaired parts Use auto estimating software to evaluate repair costs accurately and communicate with customers about repair processes Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, sheet metal fabrication, and the use of hand tools and power tools Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair, auto restoration, and vehicle maintenance Experience with auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying and auto finishing processes Familiarity with auto glass replacement procedures and auto estimating software is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about repairs and timelines Knowledge of automotive repair standards, safety protocols, and quality control procedures Join us to make a difference in vehicle restoration!
