We are looking for a highly skilled technician with advanced collision repair experience and current I-CAR training. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structural repairs, vehicle electronics, diagnostics, and modern repair procedures on all makes and models including luxury and high-tech vehicles. Responsibilities Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs Complete vehicle disassembly and blueprinting Conduct measurements and frame repairs Repair and replace steel, aluminum, and composite components Diagnose electrical and post-collision system issues Assist with ADAS calibrations and post-repair verification Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements I-CAR Platinum Certification preferred Structural Technician certification strongly preferred Electrical/Diagnostics training and experience ADAS calibration experience preferred Welding certifications (MIG, Spot Weld, Rivet Bonding) preferred Experience with OEM repair procedures Ability to perform complete and safe repairs to manufacturer specifications Valid driver's license Team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail Benefits Top pay based on experience and certifications Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates Health, dental, and vision insurance available 401K offers available Paid vacation and holidays Continued I-CAR and OEM training State-of-the-art equipment Opportunity to work on Cadillac, and all makes/models About the Company Join one of Erie's premier collision repair facilities and help us deliver safe, quality repairs every time.
