Job Description

Auto Collision Claims Adjuster Estimator/Assistant Manager Carstar Quality Auto Body is looking for a full-time body shop estimator/Assistant Manager to join our family. If you want a home and be treated like a partner in our organization and utilize your strengths to help us grow this is the job for you! This position is for a Team Player that wants to grow with us and be treated as a partner in our organization!
Job Responsibilities :
Estimate writing, repair selling, job scheduling, completion date notification repair order billing, problem solving, phone answering, supplement authorization and follow-up, Parts ordering, Job scheduling, Production management and working with technicians to assure the job can leave in a timely matter. Quality Control maintenance and continual education in the Body Shop Industry Job Requirement s: Position responsible for writing body shop damage estimates, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and completing billing and other shop income related activities.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent• valid Pennsylvania appraiser's license.• We are a family owned and operated Collision Facility. We offer a very attractive benefits package including Medical, Life and 401K. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug screening.
QUALIFICATIONS
: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles. Knowledge of O.E.M Manufacturer programs and how to research repair procedures a plus! We offer Free ICAR Training.
