Collision Center Technician

Job Overview We're a Toyota and Lexus Certified Collision Center located in Glen Mills, PA, operating out of a new, state-of-the-art facility. Our shop is non-DRP which means no insurance company contracts dictating your work! We're focused on OEM procedures, high-quality repairs, and providing a clean, well-equipped, technician-first environment.

What You'll Do:

Perform structural and heavy collision repairs Replace panels and perform metal finishing Frame measuring and straightening Blueprinting and teardown Welding Follow OEM repair procedures Collaborate with estimators and parts staff Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in collision repair Deep knowledge of OEM and structural repair procedures Ability to work independently and efficiently Own tools required Valid driver's license I-CAR certification is a plus (but not required)

Schedule:

Full-time Monday to Friday 8-hour day shifts No weekends

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
