Based on Experience ________________________________________ Position Overview At True North Fleet Services, in partnership with one of our trusted operators, PennFleet, are looking for a Body Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and quality work. This role supports fleet uptime and appearance through high-quality collision repair, refinishing, and structural work on heavy-duty equipment. If you're a hands-on technician who values consistency, independence, and doing the job right the first time, this is a strong opportunity to build a long-term career in a shop that respects your skillset. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Perform body repairs on heavyduty trucks and trailers Complete prep, paint, welding, fiberglass, and frame repair work Assess damage and take ownership of repairs from start to finish Ensure all work meets highquality and safety standards Maintain consistency in finish, alignment, and structural integrity Accurately document repairs and work completed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate with shop leadership and team members to ensure workflow efficiency ________________________________________ Qualifications 2+ years of experience in body repair, collision, or refinishing (heavyduty preferred) Strong skills in painting, prepping, welding, fiberglass, and frame correction Ability to assess damage and execute repairs independently Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced shop environment Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus, not required) ________________________________________ What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skillset Consistent workflow with steady demand Modern equipment and tools to support quality work Clean, professional shop environment Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Longterm career growth opportunities ________________________________________ Why This Role Works?
