What You'll Do:

Perform collision repairs, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and refinishing Diagnose damage and recommend appropriate repair solutions Work with state-of-the-art tools, equipment, and technology Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards Collaborate with team members to provide fast, reliable, and professional service Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a collision repair technician Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and materials Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines High attention to detail and commitment to quality Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and equipment
