  • Ability to read estimates and effectively devise a repair plan.
  • Identify additional damage/parts needed to complete repairs and communicate that to the estimator.
  • Perform repairs from light duty dents and scratches to heavy complex repairs.
  • Frame straightening/unibody alignment.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area. Our Ideal Candidate
  • 5 years experience performing body work.
  • I-CAR training is a plus, but not required.
