Hadwin-White Buick GMC Subaru has been in business for 40 years and our collision center is one of the largest in the state. As we continue to grow we are looking to add to our team! We are customer-service oriented and we work to truly leave our customers Completely Satisfied! We are considering candidates for an estimator position. We partner with all major insurance companies and serve as a DRP for all top insurance providers in our area. We are a family-run dealership in the beautiful Myrtle Beach,SC area. Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• At least 2-3 years of previous body shop experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturers' repair processes preferred
• Willingness to learn new skills and methods through training
• Ability to work without constant supervision
• Valid driver's license and insurability.

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator to join our team! In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters, accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing comprehensive repair estimates. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and customer service will drive efficient repair processes and ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your auto estimating skills while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Evaluate vehicle damage through thorough inspections and detailed assessments. Prepare precise repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software. Communicate clearly with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to explain repair procedures and costs. Collaborate with the service team to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion. Assist customers with understanding repair options, upselling additional services such as alignments or suspension work when appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation of all estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
