Motors Collision Center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Repair Office Administrator to join our busy collision repair facility. This role strongly preffers experience in an auto body shop environment and strong communication skills.

Requirements:

Prior auto body office experience is strongly prefferred Fluent English is required Working knowledge of CCC ONE is prefferred Strong customer service and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Open and manage repair files from start to finish Communicate with customers and insurance companies Schedule repairs and coordinate with production staff Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk operations Assist with invoicing, supplements, and documentation

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation up to $1,300 per week , based on experience Paid holidays Paid sick days Paid vacation Stable, long-term employment opportunity Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
