We take pride in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition using modern equipment and proven repair techniques. As part of our team, you'll earn $24.50 per hour while working full-time in a clean, organized shop equipped with advanced frame machines, downdraft paint booths, and professional-grade tools. Key Responsibilities Perform collision repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame or unibody straightening. Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, priming, and completing finish work. Weld and bond structural components according to OEM repair procedures and specifications. Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components, including trim, bumpers, lighting, and mechanical parts. Identify hidden damage and communicate findings clearly with estimators and management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all shop safety procedures. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and fellow technicians to ensure repairs meet quality standards and deadlines. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hands-on auto body repair experience, preferably in a collision repair shop. Experience with MIG welding, plastic repair, and frame or unibody straightening techniques. Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, OEM repair procedures, and industry best practices. I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus but not required. Must own a basic set of auto body tools; specialty tools and major equipment are provided. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently in a shop environment. Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality repairs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
