We repair and refinish bathtubs, showers, sinks, countertops, vinyl window frames, and more.

Base Salary +

Commission :

Commission is given on all work done above base salary pay.

Requirements:

Experience working with your hands. Experience such as sanding, using a paint sprayer, auto painting, autobody/marine repair and finishing, bathtub refinishing, other related fields. Being able to see and distinguish different colors. The training process is extensive, so we are interested in hiring someone looking for a long-term career opportunity. We are also looking for individuals with: Strong attention to detail Ability to work on your own - while being a part of a larger team Trust-worthy, reliable, with excellent work ethic Friendly, professional, and service-minded Ability to lift 40 pounds, climb stairs, stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time. Clean driving record with willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities:

Travel within the greater Austin area (From San Marcos to Georgetown) to reach customer sites. Complete 2-5 quality repairs each day following Surface Specialists training process. Interact with customer in a professional and friendly manner, displaying exceptional customers service. Manage your truck, equipment, and materials before you log off each day.

Compensation:

Starting Annual Income:

$42,000 - $52,000/year depending on experience and ability to perform work to a high standard. During training we offer $740 weekly, evaluated weekly for growth (first month raises common). 8-12 weeks is average training period.
