In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition using advanced auto body repair techniques. Your expertise will help ensure our customers receive high-quality service, and your craftsmanship will contribute to the overall safety and appearance of each vehicle. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration with precision and efficiency Utilize hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, and sheet metal fabrication techniques to restore vehicle structures Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as sanding, detailing, and minor mechanical repairs as needed Assist in auto estimating processes by assessing damage severity and providing accurate repair estimates Collaborate with team members on auto restoration projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols Qualifications Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and sheet metal work with a strong mechanical knowledge base Experience using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and other automotive repair tools effectively Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive repair processes Ability to perform auto restoration work with attention to detail and craftsmanship excellence Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about repair processes and timelines Join us if you're passionate about automotive repair and eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment!
