Auto Body Repair Technician

306 Collision & Customs is an independently owned auto body shop. We are continually growing and taking on more business. We are currently looking to hire an auto body technician with at least 2 years of experience. Our body repair tech will need to know how to remove and re install all parts of a vehicle that need repair. You will assist in prepping vehicles and parts for paint (to include but not limited to washing sanding taping etc.). Washing and vacuuming vehicles, helping in keeping the shop in an organized and clean manner. Must be able to communicate with coworkers and customers in a polite manner. It is not a must but is a plus if you have your own tools. Must have transportations and be able to show up on time and work required hours. Pay will be based on experience, capability and dependability. We are looking for someone who can show up on time, work hard and get the job done correctly in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Fix various sized dents in metal R&I (remove and install) all body panels and necessary items for proper repairs Proper filler work after metal work Ability to prime and block primer Prep for paint replacement of panels ie: core support, rear body panel, quarters etc. Good communication skills Attention to detail Self motivated You DO NOT have to have your own tools but is a plus if you do This position is full time Not willing to train at this time
