PDR to Edward @ 972-532-9279 Duties Use paintless dent repair tools and techniques to carefully eliminate dents, creases, and hail damage from vehicle surfaces Assess vehicle damage to determine the most effective PDR approach and communicate findings clearly to customers and team members Prepare vehicles for repair by removing trim, panels, or other components as needed, ensuring no additional damage occurs during the process Maintain a clean, organized workspace with proper handling of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as LED lights and reflection boards Collaborate with auto body technicians, estimators, and detailers to ensure seamless repair workflows and customer satisfaction Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks including auto glass replacement, auto painting touch-ups, or light fabrication when necessary Follow safety protocols diligently while operating welding equipment like MIG welding or soldering tools, ensuring a secure work environment Skills Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair enhances your ability to handle diverse vehicle models and damage types Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, sheet metal work, and auto body repair techniques with precision and care Knowledge of MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and auto restoration processes to support comprehensive vehicle repairs Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in vehicle maintenance, auto painting, airless paint spraying, and auto glass replacement Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service principles to provide transparent communication throughout repairs Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physical tasks required for auto body work and heavy lifting situations Experience working with auto body sheet metal, welding equipment, auto painting techniques, and assembly processes enhances your versatility in the shop We are seeking energetic professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about automotive craftsmanship.
