The Body Shop Estimator position at our Collison Body Shop writes detailed estimates, handles insurance claims and communicating to clients.Duties/Responsibilities:
Examines damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace damaged items Help Manage incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of luxury vehicles directly with clients and vendorsRequired Skills/Abilities:
