Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collision Center Technician to join our dynamic automotive repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on damaged vehicles, restoring them to their original condition with precision and care. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction through efficient, professional service and outstanding craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about auto body repair, fabrication, and automotive restoration to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Diagnose vehicle damage and develop effective repair plans using auto estimating tools Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work Conduct welding operations such as MIG welding, soldering, and other metal fabrication techniques to restore structural integrity Utilize hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment to perform auto painting and finishing touches Replace or repair auto glass and perform auto glass installation with precision Carry out vehicle maintenance tasks including mechanical repairs, auto restoration projects, and assembly work Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality specifications through thorough inspections and detailing before returning vehicles to customers Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience with a strong background in auto body repair and collision work Skilled in MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, soldering, and the use of various power tools Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, auto painting techniques, and auto glass installation Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service principles is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks efficiently Knowledge of automotive repair processes including auto restoration, auto painting, airless paint spraying, and auto glass replacement Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship Join our team as a Collision Center Technician where your skills will make a real impact!
