Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will work with a variety of tools, materials, and techniques to perform repairs efficiently and accurately, contributing to our reputation for excellence in auto body repair and restoration. This position is an exciting opportunity for skilled technicians passionate about automotive repair and vehicle aesthetics.

Key Duties:

Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration. Utilize hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication techniques to restore vehicle structures accurately. Safely handle heavy lifting when moving vehicle parts or equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Apply auto restoration techniques, including painting, airless paint spraying, and welding processes. Communicate clearly with clients and provide professional customer service.

Requirements:

I-Car Certification (minimum requirement). ASE Certification (preferred). Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred. Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and sheet metal work. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, auto painting equipment, and auto glass installation tools. Experience with auto estimating software is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with dealership operations or automotive industry standards is a plus.
