While we operate under the trusted CARSTAR network, our location is locally owned and operated, focused on building a high-performance culture, investing in our team, and delivering top tier repairs. About the Job We're hiring a Disassembly Technician to help keep our shop running efficiently and accurately. You'll take vehicles apart after the estimate, find hidden damage, and make sure nothing gets missed before repairs begin. What You'll Do Disassemble vehicles and inspect for hidden damage Identify and document additional parts and repairs needed Communicate findings with the estimator and production team Help with reassembly once repairs are complete Perform light body work like sanding and minor repairs Keep your work organized and production moving What You Need Experience in auto body, mechanical work, or vehicle teardown preferred Comfortable using hand tools Detail-oriented and dependable Able to work independently without constant supervision Valid driver's license What We Offer 4-day work week (3 days off) 12-hour shifts = more hours, fewer days Tool kit provided (no major upfront investment) Paid training to help you improve your skills Steady workflow and consistent work Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling Standing and walking for extended periods Repetitive motion tasks Work Environment Exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and varying temperatures Moderate to high noise levels

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
