We are growing and looking to add a highly skilled, Platinum I-CAR-Certified Autobody Technician to our team. What You'll Do Perform high-quality structural and non-structural repairs following OEM procedures Complete vehicle teardowns, blueprinting, and reassembly with accuracy Work within a team environment to maintain efficient cycle times Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure proper repair planning Adhere to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards Maintain Platinum I-CAR certifications and stay current with new repair technology Occasionally mentor junior techs with best practices and repair methods What We're Looking For Platinum I-CAR Certification required Minimum 5 years of professional collision repair experience (preferred) Strong understanding of frame/structural repairs, welding, and modern vehicle materials Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures Professional, reliable, positive attitude , no shortcuts, ever!
