In this role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive auto body repairs, including collision damage restoration, sheet metal work, auto painting, and glass replacement. Your expertise will help bring vehicles back to their original condition with precision and care. Duties Perform auto body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal fabrication using hand tools, power tools, welding, and soldering techniques Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying equipment to ensure a high-quality finish that matches the vehicle's original color Replace or repair auto glass and windshields with precision, ensuring proper sealing and alignment Utilize MIG welding, fabrication skills, and heavy lifting to restore damaged vehicle structures effectively Assist with auto restoration projects by restoring vintage or damaged vehicles to showroom condition Conduct vehicle maintenance checks and minor mechanical repairs as needed to support overall vehicle integrity Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded Requirements Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, sheet metal work, and fabrication techniques Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, auto painting equipment, and auto glass installation tools Experience with auto estimating software and understanding of insurance claim processes is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment Knowledge of auto restoration techniques and automotive repair standards Excellent attention to detail combined with a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship Join us as a Combo Auto Body Technician and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in automotive repair!
