Paintless Dent Repair Technician

Duties Use specialized hand tools and power tools to carefully manipulate vehicle panels and remove dents without repainting. Assess vehicle damage accurately to determine the best PDR techniques for efficient repairs. Prepare vehicles by cleaning and inspecting surfaces, ensuring optimal conditions for dent removal. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, including before-and-after photos when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with minor auto body repairs, auto painting, or detailing as needed to support overall vehicle restoration efforts. Handle heavy lifting safely when moving or positioning vehicles or parts during repair processes. Experience Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred, with familiarity in auto body repair, auto painting, or auto restoration. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and auto glass handling equipment. Demonstrated ability to work with vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive repair techniques. Experience in auto detailing, auto body work, or auto restoration enhances your capability in this role. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various positions throughout the repair process. Knowledge of dealership standards and procedures related to automotive repair is a plus.
