In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles, utilizing your technical skills to deliver exceptional results. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about automotive repair and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage thoroughly to determine repair strategies and necessary materials Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment using sheet metal techniques Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding methods to join metal components securely Operate power tools, hand tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment safely and efficiently Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, and applying primers; execute auto painting and finishing touches Repair or replace auto glass, perform auto restoration tasks, and ensure proper assembly of vehicle parts Conduct vehicle maintenance checks post-repair to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards are met Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and communicate effectively with customers regarding work progress Qualifications Proven experience in auto body repair with dealership or collision center background preferred Skilled in MIG welding, fabrication, sheet metal work, and auto painting techniques Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Proficient with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and auto glass installation tools Knowledge of auto estimating processes and customer service principles is a plus Ability to perform detailed auto restoration work with precision and attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering top-tier automotive repairs that exceed customer expectations!
