Entry Level Technician / Shop Helper / Detailer

Entry Level Position for Auto Detailer and Shop Helper. We are looking for individuals interested in developing up into a trade.

They should be:

self-motivated, quick learners, fast-paced, good communicators, team players, reliable, honest and willing to grow. We operate a state of the art collision center using the newest tools and equipment, which are essential for safe and sound vehicle repairs. We train our staff in-house, using I-Car Gold Class standards, ASE certifications, and OEM specifications. The training includes but is not limited to Blueprinting / Meticulous disassembly, mechanical, glass installation, structural and non-structural repairs, refinish, as well as alignments and ADAS (advance driver assist systems). We also have the capability to train our staff to do administrative roles such as parts managing, estimating, customer service, and office management. We have access to soft skills development courses to help with communication, understanding processes, problem solving, and a variety of others. The staff at DRP, is essentially a family. Mechanical experience is preferred but not required as well as Customer Service skills. This position will start as a vehicle detailer with responsibilities to clean up around the shop, as a shop helper as well as assisting with the Disassembly team. A valid Driver's license is mandatory.
