Auto Body Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team and bring vehicles back to their original condition with precision and care. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards and customer expectations. Duties Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including panel replacement, repair and alignment to restore vehicles to factory specifications Operate power/air tools, hand tools and other equipment to prepare surfaces for refinish Conduct auto glass transfer while ensuring proper sealing and safety standards are met Engage in finishing processes - sanding & buffing Handle heavy lifting safely during parts replacement or vehicle movement; maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times Collaborate with team members on auto repair projects that require fabrication, assembly, or specialized procedures Experience Dealership experience or background in automotive repair highly preferred Proven skills in auto body repair techniques including sheet metal work Familiarity with auto estimating software and auto glass installation procedures is a plus Strong understanding of automotive repair standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks performed Join us if you're eager to apply your automotive expertise in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
