The ideal candidate has experience in body repair, prep work, and automotive painting, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results. Responsibilities Perform body repair and panel preparation for paint Sand, fill, block, and prep vehicles for refinishing Mix and apply automotive paint and clear coat to professional standards Repair dents, body damage, and cosmetic imperfections Ensure proper color matching and finish quality Assist with estimating repair costs, labor hours, and materials required for projects Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Body Technician, Prep Technician, and/or Automotive Painter Strong understanding of bodywork, panel preparation, and refinishing procedures Ability to identify repair requirements and estimate labor and material costs Must provide and maintain personal handheld tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Skills (Highly Desired) Experience with custom automotive paintwork and color matching Experience installing and finishing wide-body kits Familiarity with lowered, modified, and performance-oriented vehicles Experience with custom colors, specialty Why Work With Us?
