In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters, accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing comprehensive repair estimates. Your expertise will help streamline collision repair processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of automotive repair quality. Duties Write complete and accurate estimates using CCC Communicate with insurance adjusters and handle all estimates and supplements Inspect vehicle damage and determine repair vs. replace decisions, document for file Maintain consistent workflow and meet cycle time targets Provide excellent customer service and regular repair updates Coordinate with technicians and production team througout repair process Check in all customers when vehicle dropped off ensuring summary of repairs done. Assist with rental car reservations Support production manager as needed in shop with parts, moving vehicles, photo documenting Skills 1+ year experience as a collision estimator (or similar role) Experience with estimating software (CCC ONE preferred) Strong knowledge of collision repair processes Ability to negotiate with insurance companies Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of cash handling procedures along with familiarity in managing insurance claims processes Why Join Us Family-owned and operated for 37 years Non-DRP independent shop Strong connections with local dealerships Consistent volume of work Supportive team environment Well-equipped facility Strong reputation in the community
