Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of damaged vehicles to determine repair needs. Execute body repairs, including welding, painting, and refinishing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and high-quality results. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices. Communicate with customers to explain repair processes and provide updates on vehicle status. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in auto body restoration techniques. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in auto body repair is a plus. Proven experience in auto body restoration or a related field required. Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical documents. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Have your town tools. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check.
