What You'll Do Sand and prep panels (feather-edge, remove defects) Apply filler and refine surfaces Mask vehicles (trim, glass, lights) Clean and degrease for paint adhesion Apply primers and sealers Inspect panels before paint Maintain tools and prep area Work closely with painters and technicians Career Growth This is a true entry point into a long-term career.
