As an authorized service partner for Asurion Insurance Company , we perform repairs for Verizon, AT&T, and Cricket customers. We specialize in servicing Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Nintendo , and many more devices. With our ongoing growth, we're expanding our team of technicians to meet the rising demand for mobile device repairs. Position Overview We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented technicians to join our expanding team. Prior device repair experience is preferred, but we are eager to train quick learners who are passionate about wireless technology and electronics. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of cellular and electronic devices. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in all repairs. Represent Cracked Wireless with reliability and punctuality. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and personal transportation (vehicle less than 10 years old). Must pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing , criminal background check , and driving record check . Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Ability to be reliable, personable, and detail-oriented at all times. Must be comfortable working as a 1099 contractor (self-employed).
