Job Description

Pull cables, innerduct, fire stopping, dress cables, label cables, clean fiber, etc. Ensure proper functionality and compliance with industry standards Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as testing connections and checking equipment performance Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities Carry and load materials on jobsite and maintain inventory Keep vehicles and equipment in clean condition Read and understand blueprints and diagrams Safety training as required by position Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
Essential Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to think critically and problem solve efficiently Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate, listen effectively, and work well with customers, employees, etc. Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Experience working with telecommunications systems
Physical Demands:
Ability to climb ladders, stand, reach and hold objects for extended periods. Must be able to work both outside and inside during the summer and winter months Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
