Responsibilities and Duties:
Test and repair of products Support worldwide network of distributors and dealers with technical/installation issues Communicate with suppliers regarding product issues. Product research and development Assist with the creation of product literature (manuals, spec sheets, etc.)
Qualifications:
Understanding of electronics Able to read a schematic diagram Excellent phone/communication skills Computer hardware/software proficiency Experience installing car or home alarms is a plus Spanish is a plus Associate's degree in electronics or engineering is preferred
Benefits:
Offered after 90 days of employment.
