In this role, your primary focus will be delivering white-glove installation, configuration, and service for Bang & Olufsen ultra-premium audio and television systems. This is a dynamic, mobile position based on a home-dispatch model , primarily servicing high-end residential clients throughout the entire Bay Area supporting our stores in San Francisco, Palo Alto and West Hollywood. For the right technician, this role also includes exciting travel opportunities to premium projects in other parts of California and occasionally out of state. While artisanal audio is your primary focus, you will also deploy premium residential networks, IP surveillance, and smart home infrastructure to support a seamless, connected luxury ecosystem.
Logistics & Provided Perks Home Dispatch:
Start and end your day directly from home. You will coordinate schedule logistics digitally and pick up project gear/parts as needed from our store or designated warehouse locations.
Fully Equipped Mobile Setup:
A company service van is provided (take-home privileges included), fully stocked with premium tools and testing equipment.
Tech Package:
Company-provided laptop and smartphone for all scheduling, programming, client communication, and digital documentation.
Key Responsibilities White-Glove B&O Integration:
Install, calibrate, and program Bang & Olufsen luxury audio systems, bespoke motorized televisions, and multi-room Beolink environments with absolute spatial and aesthetic precision.
Premium Infrastructure Craftsmanship:
Run, dress, and perfectly conceal low-voltage wiring. Perform immaculate structural mountings, custom trim-outs, and component terminations that match the architectural integrity of high-end homes.
Network & Surveillance Deployment:
Configure robust residential networks (IP routing, managed switches, Wi-Fi access points) and premium IP cameras/CCTV systems to support high-bandwidth streaming and client security.
Territory Coverage & Travel:
Efficiently navigate and service the greater Bay Area. Maintain flexibility for regional travel across California and occasional out-of-state deployments for specialty luxury projects.
Flawless Client Handoffs:
Provide elite, patient, and articulate system walkthroughs for discerning clients, ensuring they understand how to effortlessly control their new luxury systems.
Aesthetic Preservation & Inventory:
Maintain an immaculate job site and a highly organized company van. Respect client property with strict white-glove protocols (booties, drop cloths, careful tool placement, and zero-trace cleanup). What You Bring to the
Table Luxury AV Experience:
Proven track record installing premium, high-end residential audio-visual systems. Direct experience or certifications with Bang & Olufsen gear is a massive plus, but an absolute passion for high-fidelity audio and design is required.
Advanced Networking Chops:
Strong understanding of IP networking, network topology, VLANs, and wireless optimization—essential for modern multi-room luxury audio ecosystems. The "White-Glove"

Exceptional communication skills, a polished professional appearance, and the emotional intelligence required to operate comfortably and discreetly in luxury, high-end residential environments.
Independence & Adaptability:
Self-motivated mindset required to succeed in a home-dispatch structure, managing your own truck inventory, scheduling, and regional travel demands smoothly.
Reliability:
