Tow Truck Repair Installer

Lynch Chicago has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tow Truck Repair Installer! In this role, you will be provided hands-on training to effectively perform installations, modifications, and upfits on a variety of tow trucks, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics. Prior experience in welding, electrical work, carpentry, and other hands-on projects is helpful, but we will train the right candidate!

Experience with power tools, wiring, and measuring is desired, but we will train the right people! Prior fabrication experience is a plus, but not required. Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions in a fast-paced environment. Desire to learn and grow in the position. Positive, task-focused mindset and willingness to be a part of a team. Responsibilities Install and customize various components and accessories, including but not limited to: racks, shelving, lighting, decals, toolboxes, and safety equipment. Wire in lights and other electric accessories. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines.
