This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide excellent customer service while ensuring installations meet company and industry standards. Responsibilities Install and diagnose 12-volt electrical systems, including lighting, alarms, audio, navigation, amplifiers and speakers. Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to accurately identify issues and implement solutions Install and calibrate electronic modules such as sensors, cameras, radars, and other vehicle safety systems Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to pinpoint faults efficiently and effectively Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly with team members and customers Qualifications Proven experience or extensive background in 12v installations. Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and wiring diagrams Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, automotive service equipment, and auto estimating software Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly Service technician experience in automotive repair shops or dealerships preferred Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to excellence in automotive care!
