Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Luxury Appliance Installer to join our Atlanta team. This role is essential to delivering our brand promise, as the Installer is the final touchpoint to ensure our high-quality appliances are perfectly fitted and fully functional. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in appliance installation, a strong understanding of construction and cabinetry requirements, and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities:

High-Quality Installation:

Install luxury residential appliances with precision and care, ensuring each appliance is level, fully functional, and seamlessly integrated with surrounding cabinetry and design.

Site Preparation & Protection:

Prepare each installation site to prevent damage to appliances, cabinetry, and flooring. Protect client property by adhering to best practices in safety and cleanliness.

Product Knowledge & Troubleshooting:

Acquire in-depth knowledge of specifications, installation requirements, and operation of our luxury appliance line. Address installation challenges, diagnose issues, and make on-site adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance. Collaboration with

Builders & Designers:

Work closely with builders, designers, and other contractors to coordinate installation logistics, address specific project requirements, and achieve seamless integration with the overall design.

Customer Education & Support:

Engage with clients during installation to demonstrate appliance functionality and answer basic operational questions, ensuring the client feels confident and satisfied with their new luxury appliance.

Documentation & Reporting:

Document each installation accurately, maintain records of any issues encountered, and report feedback to management to support continuous improvement. Compliance with

Safety Standards:

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring proper handling of tools, electrical connections, gas hookups, and other relevant safety measures.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in appliance installation, preferably with high-end or luxury appliances. Familiarity with custom and high-end residential environments is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in electrical, gas, and water hookups, with basic carpentry skills to make necessary adjustments to cabinetry or trim.

Problem-Solving Ability:

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly and effectively address any on-site issues to ensure flawless installation. Attention to

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, meeting the standards of luxury installations and client expectations.

Physical Stamina:
