We work closely with collision centers, dealerships, and insurance partners, and take pride in maintaining strong relationships and a high standard of work. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Auto Glass Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with windshield replacement and flat glass removal and installation, particularly in support of body shop operations. Responsibilities Remove and install automotive glass, including windshields and other vehicle glass components Perform flat glass removal and installation for body shop-related repairs Ensure proper sealing, fitment, and safety standards are met Performing ADAS calibrations Work closely with estimators, technicians, and office staff to complete jobs efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients Qualifications Minimum 2 years of auto glass installation experience preferred Experience with flat glass R&I (remove & install) in a body shop environment Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record
