In this role, you'll be responsible for applying high-quality window tint to enhance vehicles, improve driver comfort, and provide UV protection. We are a fast paced small business with a super laid back team, but highly ambitious, so we need someone with a positive, take initiative attitude that can join our tinting and auto glass family. We are hard workers and won't consider someone lazy. We need an ambitious applicant that knows how to get the job done perfectly without cutting corners. Our business has a stellar reputation and we want to keep it that way by providing superior work. This is a part time to full time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to work with an awesome, supportive team, while having flexibility in your schedule. •Pay structure will be discussed over the phone•We are family owned, very casual, come as you are type people. Background check will be required, so be transparent as you can be. Duties Apply window tint films to vehicle windows & windshields ensuring flawless coverage and adherence. Prepare vehicles by cleaning glass surfaces, removing old tint or debris for optimal results. Assist with auto glass installation, including replacing or repairing damaged glass components when needed Perform basic maintenance tasks such as shop upkeep, cleaning, detailing Lift heavy glass panels or automotive parts safely during installation or repair processes Coordination & commucation with mobile glass technicians & sales/admin teams Skills Must have experience and be skilled Expertise in window tinting techniques Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installations Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in every job Join us if you're passionate about automotive enhancement and want to be apart of an awesome tinting family here in the valley.
