In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting and paint protection film (PPF) to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and protection. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of automotive brands and models, utilizing your technical skills to deliver outstanding results. Your expertise will contribute to customer satisfaction by providing professional, durable, and visually appealing finishes on vehicles. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to ensure precise application of window tinting and PPF. Measure, cut, and install window tint films and paint protection films with accuracy and attention to detail. Use hand tools and power tools safely to trim, shape, and secure films onto vehicle surfaces. Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring seamless edges and bubble-free finishes. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as replacing glass, repairing auto body damage, or performing minor mechanical repairs as needed. Maintain a clean workspace, organize tools and materials efficiently, and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding service expectations and completion timelines. Requirements Proven experience in automotive window tinting, PPF installation, or related automotive services; dealership experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of automotive glass installation, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) integration related to window modifications is a plus. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physical tasks requiring manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in automotive detailing and finishing. Basic understanding of auto estimating processes is advantageous but not required.
