We provide top level Clear Bra (PPF) installations, Window Tinting, Windshield Protection, Paint Correction, and Ceramic Coatings. Our Culture Requires a Strong Work Ethic, Teachability, Humility, Resilience, Sense of Humor, and Flexibility Window Tinters will be responsible for the preparation, installation, and removal of window tint film in a manner that demonstrates; "Everything is Important." Essential Functions :
Prep vehicles to remove dirt and contaminants safely before every installation Prepare window film for application including software pattern design, computer plotting, weeding, and organizing materials Disassemble certain mirrors, trim pieces, door panels etc. with a gentle touch Install film with efficient workflow and extreme attention to detail Quality control on every vehicle to ensure best possible workmanship Final wipe down to leave vehicle cleaner then it came in Performs removal of tint as needed Performs other duties as assigned Required Education/Experience :
Minimum 1 year of window tinting experience Must be able to provide a portfolio or other examples of previous work Preferred Education/ Experience/ Skills and/or Attributes :
Knowledge of PPF, Vinyl and/or Detailing is a plus Perfectionist mindset, very high attention to detail, and a passion for cars Comfortable using ladders, heat guns, precision knife, and squeegee Team oriented, with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management with an ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and timelines to meet deadlines Compensation:
The starting pay range for this position is between $26.00hr•% of gross ticket sales. Tiered Bonus structure to reward volume. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education/ training. Benefits:
